Yeah I work out a lot actually - i've been training for 4 years now and I'm quite dedicated. i love it I can't live without it. there's nothing you can be made to feel bad about while in that mindset. it's a real accomplishment, by any standard. your health is your best investment i just consider looks to be a part of my physical health as well

I wrote my latest piece while doing an assignment real late the other night. It felt like my mind finally overflowed and I had to write. Good to know you're finding your release. I'm the type that has to do something a little physical like a solid workout after all the mental exertion. Take care, bro.
