And you must change patterns all we trained
Or n'er regain peace you seek
Now you hear me, for the things I see
Yeah, I believe in inner peace, yeah
Throw out, blow up, hold in
Show fine, no signs, grow blind

Excellent image! Very good use of abstract rendering, while still maintaining a sense of composition. Gives me the impression of a dragon, which is what I presume you were shooting for?

Great job, keep it up!

I love the way it sorta resembles a bug, but also like a machine or something like that...

also like the colour. :D (Big Grin) solid, metalic...dark. also creates a lot of contrast. I love the way you've gradually shaded off the metalic look in it to dull it down, but not lessen the brilliance of the colour.

also love the detail, and the way it's bonsisting of oval-like shapes, but also very angular in a way...a bit of both. I guess. :) (Smile)

I don't have much to say about the background though. I mean it's sort of just a background. lol. it brings it out, got details...dark, solid in most cases, but ocassional patterns just to create an element of interest as it makes us wonder if there's an environment for this thing.

I also like the way the subject is expected to be symeterical...like a guy with 3 heads or something...but it turns out he only has two...and one's on centre and the other one's not.

and i just noticed it now, the way the spine fades away also has a certain texture to it...like...I'm not sure how to explain. it's obvious that the glossly sort of coat is rubbed off...but also the way we sorta see lines...I dunno. it really effectively reminds me of something...and very intriguing...but it's not something I can pin point.

anyway, I love the subtlties in this piece...the implications and the surprises. like a story...creates a lot more depth to it. :D (Big Grin)
